These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MazERP website, cloud application at app.mazerp.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by MAZ Software Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This document is for general information. Have a qualified lawyer review it before relying on it in disputes.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly at info@maztechno.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, subject to eligibility and feature limits we specify at signup. When the trial ends, continued access requires a paid Subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or other cycle shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and add-ons.
We may change Subscription fees with reasonable notice before your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price applies.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of Customer Data you enter. You must obtain necessary consents from employees, customers, and other individuals whose personal data you process through the Service.
The Service, MazERP name, logos, documentation, and underlying software are owned by MAZ Software Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active Subscription or trial. No other rights are granted.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party payment gateways, banks, messaging tools, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, fees, or conduct.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, including routine backups and maintenance. Unless we expressly agree to a separate written service-level agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific uptime percentages.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MazERP includes features to assist with GST, VAT, payroll, and similar requirements in India, the United States, the UAE, and other regions. These tools are aids only. You remain solely responsible for statutory filings, accuracy of returns, and compliance with tax, labor, and industry regulations. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAZ Software Solutions and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period, or INR 10,000 if you used only a free trial, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MAZ Software Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity, with notice where practicable.
After termination, you may request export of Customer Data within a reasonable window we specify. We may delete data after that period subject to legal retention obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you access the Service from outside India, you may have additional rights under local consumer, data protection, or employment laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights.
